ExecutiveChemistry
organizes leadership traits according to four intuitive categories:
communication, execution, motivation and environment. The tool is optimized for
senior level corporate settings, and can be customized for clients with
specific industry or function needs.
Even the
most skilled interviewers find it challenging to cover the entire spectrum of
leadership traits in a traditional one to two hour interview.
ExecutiveChemistry is used in conjunction with traditional interviewing to help
organizations truly understand who they are hiring, who they will spend the
next several years with, and who they will share millions of dollars worth of
corporate responsibility with.
The tool
is constructed in such a way that with a simple set of 28 "multiple choice"
style responses, a rich data set from nearly 500 options is gathered on each
organization or individual. Validity is achieved by engaging the hiring
organization in a special "client version" of the tool. Candidates are matched
to a preferred or proven profile determined by the client organization.
Further, there are no "right" or "wrong" answers, just a goodness of fit with
an organization's profile.
